SHIPPING & RETURNS

As Global Citizens, KA Co. takes as many measures as possible to avoid extra packaging, shipping, and storage. Therefore, our artists ship pieces directly to you. Each piece is packaged with special care and love for protection and comes with personalized notes and details from the artist.

When purchasing large pieces, especially when being shipping internationally, additional charges may be sent following purchase online. If you are considering a large piece (especially if you live far from the artist and/ or live internationally), please email us at hello@kismetartco.com and we can give you an approximate cost of the additional shipping costs.

We currently ship in the US, Canada, and UK. All shipping costs will be determined at checkout.*

 

PROCESSING

As our artists are located throughout the world, processing times vary. If a piece is shipping domestically to you, it will be processed within 14 business days, unless otherwise specified. Any international orders will be processed within 14 days and delivered within 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped.
 

*Please note, you may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees upon the order entering your country. We are unable to control or predict these costs, therefore we will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with customs clearance.


RETURNS

Kismet Art Co. is committed to the authenticity and condition of the works featured on our site. Due to the nature of the art industry, we do not offer returns for refund. If you feel there is a specific reason you need to return the piece, please email us at hello@kismetartco.com. We will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your work of art.

If a piece of work arrives damaged, please notify Kismet Art Co. within 7 days of delivery.
