Q: Where are you artists located? Do you store the works of art in a warehouse?
A: Our artists are located throughout the US, Canada, and UK. We do not store any works of art in a warehouse, as we believe in sustainability and believe in our responsibility to be global citizens. Artists ship works of art directly to clients.
Q: How do I know that the artwork is authentic?
A: We ship each artwork with a Certificate of Authenticity, which is signed by an executive of Kismet Art Co., to guarantee your new piece is an authentic work of art. As an art collector it is important to keep this certificate as it will provide context for the future value of the work.
Q: Can I see a video of the work of the art?
A: Absolutely! If you are interested in seeing more of the work of art, we can arrange videos and additional images to be sent to you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for this.

A: An exclusive piece of work is a piece that is a completely unique piece that you can only buy from our website.
Q: What is a limited edition piece of art?
A: A limited edition piece of art is a set number of identical prints, determined by the artists. Once this set number of editions is sold out, it is no longer available. Limited edition prints are more valuable than open editions because the number of editions is controlled.
Q: Do you provide local pick up?
A: Our artists are located throughout the US, Canada and UK. On the product page of each piece of art we list the artist's location. If you are nearby and would like to schedule a pick-up, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q: When will my artwork arrive?
A: As our artists are located throughout the world, processing times vary. If a piece is shipping domestically to you, it will be processed and delivered within 14 business days, unless otherwise specified. Any international orders will be processed within 14 days and delivered within 3-4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your package has been shipped. If you are having your piece of art framed, shipping times may increase.

A: We offer free domestic shipping, and a flat rate fee of $100 dollars for international shipping.
